"Rages" ... Quoi?
I have NO IDEA why such a sensationalistic, nonsense headline? Seriously, CNN ...
(of course she "rages" ... She's just batshit cray cray, ain't she??)
Anyway, my own protest against the unneeded, unlicensed, untrained and unwanted is far more sedate.

Disturbance
As I write, there is a noisy, messy woman tearing agitatedly through her homeless bag.
I want to take her photograph ... I want to steal her bag and take time sifting through the contents: How did she become this way? Where did these belongings come from? Why are they of enough sentiment to her (tethered to a better time?) ... so she wrestles and tears through them, agitatedly?
Hopeful still, she wakes each day ... maybe prays, finds some comfort, a warm cup of dignity ...
I steal her soul ... but it's not exploitation.

Constant Wishes
No matter which Hol(y)days you celebrate
(or Sainted traditions you may have Nicked)
to share, maybe laugh and make it through
the frenzies of this Season
(and regardless of the color,
shape, size, meaning of your symbols),
be MERRY, bright and prosperous
... and Peaceful. Always that.
